Priority Fence(update)

Ok, so i saw that a few of you used them and decided to call them for an estimate(one of a few).
SO we schedule an appt. and about an hour before they call to cancel, because the guy is having car trouble(i try to be understanding) then she tells me that she will have to reschedule late late next week I say, I really do not want to wait that long, so just forget it. She then tells me that if I give her the measurements and info(no price) from another estimate, she can quote me over the phone, ok great. Price was almost the same.
So, I was going to go with the other place because they showed up on time etc..
Welll... they cant do it until late JULY and this is holding up other projects for us. So I call back and she promises that the "OWNER" will come Today(mon) at 1pm, double check the phone estimate and they could install next week
Sounds great, right?
Except it is 1:50pm, he never showed up, no call, nothing. I just called them about 10 minutes ago and was told they would call me right back. So far NADA! So mad right now.
There is no way that I can use them, they have proven themselves to be unreliable. CRAAAAAP! Guess I am gonna go back to calling people for estimates.

***UPDATE***
They finally showed up even after I told them not to waste their time. They guy showed up with a very fresh dent in his truck. He said he had an accident. I kinda believed him by the looks of his otherwise pristine truck. They gave me a GREAT price. The guy claimed the owner wanted to do right by me
I am leary, but I booked them to install the fence on Monday(DH thinks I am a dummy). But they did not want any money up front. No payment until the job was done, so we shall see. I hope they show up and do a good job. They guy that gave me the estimate was VERY nice and appoligetic(sp?) I will keep you posted-

wow Im shocked... we just used them 3 weeks to install a black aluminum ornamental fence around our pool. They did a fantastic job and they were almost 900 dollars cheaper than everyone else.

I called them also for an estimate and the girl said everyone was busy and someone would call me back. That was two months ago.... still waiting.

This is a good update but WHY didn't he call to say he'd be late? He had to have been standing around waiting for the police to show up to make the report anyway right?

I hope it all works out on Monday
