I have SUPER thin hair, fine like a baby.

I want to curl my hair but when i do it and take the iron out, my hair is still PIN STRAIGHT!!!!

Any products or advice you can suggest? THANKS

I use Shaper hairspray. Spray the hair to give it texture before curling. When your hair is fine and very soft, it's hard to hold a curl.

Spray each sectioned peice with hairspray right as you are about to use the curling iron. Sometimes I spray my fingers & wipe it on the section.

You will hear it sizzle & I'm sure it's horrible for your hair but it really keeps the curls

Have you tried using a straightener to curl your hair?

yeah, was gonna recommend a flat iron and make sure your hair is not super clean, you also may need to tease it a little

I also have fine hair..I use a curling iron very frequently...

If i curl my hair on the same day I have washed and conditioned it, it will fall right out(the curl)... It has to be the second day to get a great result..
I use a product called Redken Fabricate... it is a spray in texturizer that I spray on my wet hair and when I blow it dry it is noticably thicker...When I curl my hair i keep turning the iron so the ends get curled as well, and I lightly spray each curl after i release it with hair spray..sometimes I tease the crown before I curl it as well...I will link you a good instructional video from you tube I found a while ago..i really like this girls technique for curling....Let me see If i can find it...

Here it is..video

Yeah I have the same type of hair and this is what they did for my wedding they had to spray each individual piece and then curl it - it stayed in pretty well but by the end the curls were coming out a bit...
