did anyone deliver in ...
southside hospital without taking a lamaze class? im sorry i keep asking so many pregnancy questions on this website but im new at this and just dont know ANYTHING .anyway i dont think i want to take lamaze and i heard some hospitals require you to take a class to have your husband in the room with you.. i appreciate all of your help...

I didn't deliver in Southside, but I have never heard of this?
I didn't take lamaze, and my husband was in the room with me.
ETA: I had a c-section

Good Sam requires lamaze class if you want the dad in the c-section room. I heard you could fake it though and tell them you did even if you didn't.

I delivered at Southside and we took the parenting class they offer, not the lamaze. I didnt think that Southside was one of the hospitals that makes you take the class f DH wants to be in the room. I was never told about that. But take the parenting class they offer.. it really teaches you what to expect for both kinds of deliveries.
BTW, I had a GREAT experience with that hospital... They are fantastic!!

They make you take a c sec class and they give a certificate you have to show.
