Re: Dishwasher issues

I know you can run an empty cycle using a mix of vinegar and baking soda. The insides of the dishwasher can get dirty and gunky after a while, and the sprayers can get clogged, so I think this cleans it out.

I don't have internet access at work, but I'm sure you can google it and find something. I know that one of the major brands (Cascade or Finish) now sells a "dishwasher cleaner" but I'm sure its $$$$ and prob works just as well as vinegar.

Re: Dishwasher issues

Is there standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher? It may not be draining properly. Is the soap being dispensed? For a while, our soap door wasn't opening properly, so the soap wasn't dispensing.

It might be that you are "cleaning" your dishes too much before putting them in the dishwasher, or are using too much detergent.
