so confused ???
Hey ladies
I'm really going to go hard this cycle so I want to temp and OPK but I just joined the fertility friend site I am so CONFUSED if anyone is charting obsessed please help. I really want to do it right this time

I shouldnt start taking my temp till AF is gone right? so than I shouldnt start charting till than ?? It all just seems so confusing

You can start temping now to get in the habit if you'd like but expect your temps to be a bit wacky while AF is around. You can also record that you have AF and whether it's light, medium or heavy. Othan than that there isn't much to do during AF, the fun all begins once she leaves

Don't worry  It's a bit confusing a first but feel free to ask whatever you need to. And I would really recommend reading through the tutorials. That will help.
