Mystic CT
Hi,
Has anyone been to Mystic, CT? DH and I were thinking of going for a night or two this July. We would like to stay in a romantic place, as it will just be the two of us? I was looking at the Mermaid Inn. Any thoughts on this, or any other places?

i honestly have no good hotel recommendations. i think we just stayed a comfort inn or something like that about 10 minutes up the road. mystic is nice and 2 nights there is more than enough. you can walk around the town and go to the aquarium and one night you can head to mohegan sun, if you're up for it. it's about a 20 minute drive.

We love the Steam boat inn - It is right up the block from Mystic Pizza.....It is a great inn....romantic....the people are very nice and they give you free breakfast too...We have been there twice
