Has anyone ever fell of the wagon...
on their ww diet. I did and pretty bad too. I need motivation to start fresh again tomorrow. I was going strong for about 4 weeks. UGH.

I think it's safe to say almost everyone has 
Just start fresh tomorrow. I find having healthy food in my house always helps, eventhough I didn't want to go to the supermarket after a busy weekend I did so I would have my lunches ready for the week

I did great for a month and lost 10 lbs and than fell off the wagon in March  I am trying to get back on it. But I didnt gain any weight so that was good.

I have plenty of times. I think the best advice I can give you is no matter how many times you fall off DON'T GIVE UP! Start over today! Even if you fall off for a week just start again asap! Everyone gets off track at one time or another!

I sort of did this weekend (been doing WW for about a month). I knew I would as we had dinner with friends one night, a wedding to go to the next, and then mothers day. I still lost weight this week, but started fresh today and ready to lose more.
