another week i fell off the weight watcher wagon AGAIN! Anyone else?

ok i know i could do it without the meetings but i am joing ww on monday. i have 4 more weeks at home and i want to loose this extra weight, I dont knwo how much b/c when i weigh myself at home i am about 4 lbs less than my prepregnacy weight.At tehg drs tehother day i was exactly what i was when i first got pregnant.After this week and all the candy i ate god knows how much i am. so monday i am going and i am sticking to it. the only time i ever stuck to it was when i joined and got weighe din every week i never even staye dfor a meeting

Ive been trying to stay on track too Im doing the core program on my own. get recipes and info online. this past month ive been on and off the wagon, so mad at myself

I was on plan this week points wise but didn't eat as healthy as I need too and I'm sure using my points for candy will reflect on the scale tomorrw It's my own fault though. We know what we need to do, we can do it.

I have been off the wagon for a few weeks. I feel horrible about myself because of it. I need t go back and stay for a meeting this week.

I only lost .2 this week :( Halloween candy was my downfall this week...
