DH did it for us, but it would depend on how many highhats & also what is above the room (how easy accessible it is).

Same here. DH did all our rooms and access wasn't too bad since we have a high ranch and he could get upstairs into the eves. HE just had to make sure he bought the right kind since they were going to be around insulation and such.
