Recessed Lighting (which would you prefer/have) pics
We are trying to decide which one to use in our Family Room. We will have bamboo flooring (medium color), the walls with be beige with a slate blue accent wall, Ceiling - white, Crown moulding - white, white cellular shades, furniture will probably be on the darker side (brown sectional, table with chairs brown or dark in color). We are going for a "Classy Beach Style" in this room. We do like the Brush Satin, but we weren't sure if it looked too industrial. If we use the complete white one, it will blend into the ceiling completely. These are some pics I have found and love the look.
Probably something similar to the pic in the middle will be the colors we go with.
This is some of the decor I have already bought for the room.
White on white
White with black inside
Stain Nickel
So which recessed light which would look best? TIA!

I think the white on white will look best with the style you are going for.
The metal looks to urban loft/ modern for that style to me.

I'd go with the white on white... The satin nickel and the white with black would draw attention to the lights and you'd probably rather have them in the background....
Love the color scheme too! I can't wait to see pictures, and I can't wait to post my own pictures!
I've gotten so much inspiration from you!

I think we have white on black and I never notice the black inside bc the bulb takes up most of the space.

I like them all but agree that white on white will fit best with the style you're going for.

White on white. To me it's one of those things you don't want noticed at all.

TOTALLY white on white, no question
Eta: when we moved in we had some black & white ones and DH spray painted them all white. SOOO much better, cleaner looking.

I like white on white for your room. I have pics of satin nickel in my family room. These are old pics from when my DH finished installing them. Excuse the bare mantle .

Thanks for the pics. I like how yours came out, but I think the white on white is probably the best. Thanks. And I really like how your room came out. Pretty!
