OH NO! What did I do??
Ladies please help. I'm sort of freaking out here. I am about 6 dpo (give or take a day). Yesterday I had VERY light twinging in my lower uterus area. This morning DH and I BD for fun and it was a little rough (not crazy though).
Afterwards, all his "stuff" came out and mixed in was pinkish brownish stuff ( a decent amount too not just a little spot). I ran to the bathroom and more was on the tp when I wiped. I'm so nervous now that I messed something up and maybe "dislodged" an embryo trying to implant.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do you think I made a big mistake this morning? Please give me your honest opions.
TIA

I'm pretty sure it's fine to BD in the 2WW, the discharge sounds similar to implantation bleeding esp. if it was brownish, that's just old blood. If it was red it could have been from being rough. I wouldn't worry about it sweetie, i'm sure everything is ok.

You really thing so? I'm trying to google it but all I'm getting is implantation bleeding which would be great don't get me wrong, but I'm just worried that we messed it all up. I almost burst into tears but I had to control myself bc I know it would have upset DH. Thank you!

Re: OH NO! What did I do??
I'm sure you didn't dislodge anything. It can simply be from rough BDing OR it can be from implantation and the BDing just caused it to make it's way down. Don't beat yourself up. Remember, since the beginning of time, women have been having babies and I'm sure they were BD'ing during the 2WW.

Re: OH NO! What did I do??
my RE has told me this specifically last cycle when i had a chemical - there is absolutely nothing you can do in the 2WW that will determine whether or not you get pregnant. either the sperm and egg meet and implant successfully - or they don't. what you do has absolutely no impact on that.

Re: OH NO! What did I do??
This may sound ridiculous and please correct me if I am so out of the ballpark on this but I always think to myself that when you have an "O" during sex, that it makes your uterus/cervix contract (at least that's how it feels to me ). So naturally I am always worried that doing so will make it hard for implantation.
I don't know why I make this stuff up in my head as if I'm some sort of expert or doctor

If it's pinkish, it's probably a result of the errrr rough play. I'm sure you're fine.

Re: OH NO! What did I do??
if that baby is implanting...it's implanting...there is nothing you are gonna do that's gonna dislodge it.
However...if you are PG it could be that the rough sex loosened up your vaginal canal making the implantation blood flow more freely out of the vagina. or you could just have had a sensitive vagina at the moment and the rough sex caused irritation / bleeding.

I'm betting he hit your cervix and rubbed it a little causing that. I've had it too after BD. Not worried here! You shouldn't either!!

Re: OH NO! What did I do??
Thanks for the responses girls. I am not 100% convinced that it is implantation related only bc I am only 6DPO. I didnt have anymore spotting today so I guess that is a good sign.

i gotcha...I don't want to get your hopes up either. BUT don't discount it totally either...imp bleeding generally happens around 9dop but can range from 6dpo to 12dpo...so ur not out!

Re: OH NO! What did I do??
Okay so it may or may not be! Before I got my BFP I had implantation bleeding and didn't even realize it! Then the next couple of days I had cramping like AF was coming and my boobs hurt SOOOOO bad. So I'd say either take a test a GOOD one (not the $ store one) or wait a day or two and then test again... GL
