back from 2W MC follow up (x post)
Sono shows uterus is looking good. Dr. says there's really nothing left in uterus so bleeding should taper off very soon. She was wondering if maybe this was AF but it's too light to be AF I think...
we hadn't discussed it and she even admitted she didn't know if she even had my permission to do so but it turns out the Dr. did send my DNC cultures to the lab for chromosomal testing (to be honest...I'm glad she did) and it was inconclusive for any extra chromosomes or syndromes...Dr. says this was just a spontaneous MC.
at first she said we could start trying again once the bleeding tapers off but then she said if we'd like to err on the side of caution to wait for first AF.
I am excited  to be able to try again soon.

i'm glad everything went well at your appointment! i know it's sooo hard but it sounds like you are looking to the future, which is good
