where I'm at
I just thought i'd share with you where I"m at on my journey. Saw my OB for the first time yesterday since my m/c I have been upset about it being 7 months of trying...but I had a good conversation w/ the doctor..
Here it is!

your story gave me chills. if you don't mind, could you FM me Dr. Patience's real name?? I really like his attitude!!!
So happy you had a good appt. and that you met a doc that will listen to you and give you his time, i know that is pretty rare when it comes to doctors!

Great Blog.
I'm so glad you found a dr. who will listen and actually make you feel better.
He told you the same my dr. told me, at least you know you can get pregnant and that everything is working, now it's just about timing it correctly. As frustrating as it is, it makes me feel better.

That's wonderful that you found a great doctor that can put your mind at ease. Your doc sounds a lot like my doc. I recently switched to him after years of a doc who rushed me in and out and seemed to blow off my questions (and that was all before I was TTC). Having a doctor I really like and trust made all the difference.
It's going to happen for you!!

You sound like you have a truly inspiring doctor. I think being in the ttc community can make us impatient and at times nervous about conceiving. For some it happens so quickly and for others, sometimes not at all. I question myself all the time. Every month I get closer to the 12 month mark and it makes me nervous to think 'what if'. You sound like you have a good plan going. Hope your road to mommyhood starts soon!

Wow. Thank you for posting that. I empathize. I feel like I've been at this forever, too. (The unsolicited "helpful tips" are the worst, aren't they?) I'm glad you found a doc that's actually listening to you. Waiting patiently is hard, but it's easier with someone that listens and understands.
Now, can you FM me his name?
