To buy a condo/ townhouse or not?
This is super affordable to us but are they hard to re-sell? We are looking @ 2 bedrooms. We have no specific area in mind but are hoping to stay in the middle of the island.

There are a lot of advantages to a condo, and that is what some people like. . A few friends of mine are in condos but dh and I wouldn't be happy in one so its a kinda specific market. It might be worth it to see the volume of condos vs. houses for sale in certain areas. As well as how long they were on the market. It might give an idea of resale. (Its a really tough market so hopefully it will only get easier) Good Luck!
