Anyone use them?

We've used them since 2003 and my ILs used them in this house for about 20 years before that. No complaints. It has gone off my mistake, when we had the old system with the foil tape on the windows one dried up and the connection broke in the middle of the night. Since we didn't realize what had happened until we looked closer later on we asked them to send the police and they came really quick and were very nice and checked everything on the property.

The monthly monitoring goes right on DH's credit card so I'll have to ask him later but I know it's somewhere between $20 & $25 a month.

ETA: I just remembered that in 2002 while my ILs were at work the toilet tank cracked in the upstairs bathroom and leaked into the walls and somehow set off the fire alarm. They sent the firefighters right away and the shut off the water and used towels to mop up the water.
