Temp-Which one
Would you use?
I usually try and take it at 8am
Today woke up at 7am (after 7 hours of sleep) and temp was 97.0
Fell back asleep after a few minutes-woke up at 8am and temp was 97.6
Which one would you go with?

I would use the one at your regular time. Assuming you didn't get up to go to the bathroom or anything.

I asked the FF staff a similar question, and they told me to use the first temp. You haven't had three consecutive hours of sleep before you took the second temp. It'll show up as an open dot on your chart, but that's fine once in awhile. HTH!!

Lol we probably confused you more by giving conflicting answers. Are you on FF? They have chatboards, too. If you go into FF's VIP circle, you can ask their charting experts which temp you should use.
