So, does it look like I probably O'd
Again, this is my first month temping and I am not 100% sure what I am looking for.
Does it look like I may have O'd on CD 14? If yes, what needs to happen for me to see my crosshairs?

I would agree that you probably did O on CD 14.
FF won't show crosshairs until you have 3 - 4 days of consecutively higher temps.
