Home Inspection
Do I tip the guy who does our inspection ???

we didn't the 1st time around, we did the 2nd time because he went above and beyond what was expected

it was pouring rain and very windy. if its just raining they don't have to walk the roof, its dangerous. he went up and inspected every inch of the roof. I thought he was going to blown off several times! that is totally not required as their safety is 1st.
He also had very little access to the attic as the homeowner had a lot of additional blown in insulation put in with these walls. it technically is not accessible but he went up there anyway and inspected what he could.
IMO-this is above and beyond. Especially the roof!

yes that is def above and beyond. I knew our inspection guy gave us a break and would not take a tip. WIN home inspection great company !!!
