Question about temping / ovulation

My questions is for when you O and the temp drops then rises the next day....

When you take the temp and it dropped - does that mean you O'd already or will sometime that day

I just want to make sure we are timing BD as best we can - we want to try every other day next month so i want to make sure we get at least 1 try as close to O as possible.

I think when your temp drops I think you are going to O that day. Normally my temps drop and then it shoots up the next day. I would continue to BD before you O to have a better chance good luck!!

My temp has dropped the day before I O, but that's not true for everyone. In order to confirm O, you need your temp to rise significantly and stay elevated for at least three days.

how do you "chart"? do you keep your records on a spreadsheet? calendar? what do you do?

So since I O'd this month on CD14 - sometime after I took my temp at 6am and before the following day at 6am I ovulated?? Is that right?
