Cramps & back pain with O
Its my second cycle but both times that I have O'd I get cramps, pain in my back and severe dehydration- lasts about 2-3 days.
does anyone else have any weird symptoms like this?
Is it normal or should I talk to my doctor?

I get cramps during my O. I have spoken to my MD and she said that it is normal. I find it helpful because then I use the OPK and confirm. If you are concerned talk to your MD about it.

I also get O cramps. I get them more at night- maybe bc at work Im just running around that I dont realize it. I do get pain pain here and there also.... I think it is totally normal.
The O pain is called Mittelschmerz

I get cramps, but they only last a few hours, 12 max. I've never heard of dehydration and back pain with O, but that doesn't mean it's abnormal in any way. Definitely drink more water around O time; you'll see a huge improvement in EWCM!
