My training session didn't go so hot

I met with my trainer after spending a week on my honeymoon. I thought it might be an easy week but NO! She got me sweating within a couple of minutes. I know that is good and I want to sweat. I just felt really tired and I thought everyone was looking at me. I kept telling my trainer that I was sorry for being so out of shape. She was great and told me not to worry and that is why I'm here. I just can't wait to be back in shape and not care if people are looking at me.

I go to the gym all the time and trust me, no one is looking at you. They are too focused on their own workouts.
