Refinance - how long does it take?
Does anyone know about how long from the appraisal getting done it should take to close?

It took 2.5 - 3 months for the whole process from start to finish. Supposedly the banks were really backed up at the time we did it, so it took a long time.

We did our refinace within 45 days. We only took a 45 day rate lock so we made sure to push them along. We closed with at least a week to spare.

We did our refinace within 45 days. We only took a 45 day rate lock so we made sure to push them along. We closed with at least a week to spare.
Us too. We just closed on the 31st and my interest date was held to the 4th.
