I love Kohl's
Went there last night for Christmas gifts. I ask the lady at the register what kind of a discount I would get for opening a Kohl's charge. She says 15% - but tonight she'll give me 30%.  
It might be a promotion they are running, I don't know - but I sure felt special! And I saved $50 on top of their ridiculous sales!

That's GREAT! I sent my dh there with a 20% off coupon to get me a christmas gift.
Seriously...the best store ever.
I love getting the % off cards in the mail.
