Tarte- Cheek Stain, anyone use it?
I am interested in getting a new blush and I wanted to know if anyone uses and likes Tarte- Cheek stain. Can you use it over foundation?

A few weeks ago I went into Sephora to get the Tarte Cheek stain and they recommended the Sephora brand cheek stain. I love it. Yes, I use it over foundation and on my lips to add a bit of natural color.
