Does anyone have this cake pan? Need help
I bought a cake mold that is one piece but two sides and you bake it and then you are suppose to put on on piece on top of the other and it is supposed to look like a giant cupcake.
Well today was my 2nd try and both times one side cooked faster than the other and then whenIi went to take them out they fell apart. Anyone have any tips?TIA

I have that pan also...I have the Wilton one and I follow the directions that came with the pan exactly (the measurements for how much to put in each side). I always grease and flour the pan really well also. Next time I will try the Wilton Cake Release, because I find that the icing doesn't "stick" to the cake as well with grease and flour.

I have that Wilton pan... I've never had a problem with it, but like someone else said, it needs to be greased really well.
I also always trim cake off the bottom section of the top of the cupcake because other wise the two sections don't sit flat on each other, if that makes sense.
