As long as you're having an uncomplicated pregnancy it's perfectly fine to travel up to 36wks I believe unless the airline has restrictions.
ETA: My dr. says the best time to travel is in the 2nd trimester.

I flew at 17 weeks- I threw up on the plane (before we took off so embarrassing).
