My mom was given a Dooney & Bourke bag for her b-day about 1 ½ ago. The ends are frayed. I brought it back to Macys and they said I would have to contact Booney & Burke directly.

Can I try to exchange it at Nordstrom? We don’t have the receipt and the line is no longer in the store.

The amount of money we spent was ridiculous!

Anyone ever have this problem? What should I do?
