UPDATE on my Dooney and Bourke situation
I ended up shipping the bag back. The customer service rep said I'd get a refund on my shipping charges.
A new bag arrived today. But, there wasn't any refund, nor even a letter enclosed with the bag. Kinda weird, I thought.
I'm happy the bag was replaced, but I'm pretty sure I won't buy Dooney products in the future.

At this point it does. But, it's the same bag as the one before, so I'm guessing that it's just as "fragile" as the other one...
