So, what are you all having for dinner in this heat?
Tonight we are having the Perdue baked chicken cutlets that will be heated up in the microwave, baked sweet potato, also microwaved, and a salad.

Chicken - I think I'm just going to make a pseudo-Mexican chicken. Throw it in a baking dish - season it with taco seasoning, pour some salsa on - and bake.
I'll serve with rice, corn and a veggie salad.

I made burgers and fries last night and it was so hot in my kitchen.. I think I am making chicken cutlets and broccoli with garlic oil and breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese

Grilled lemon garlic chicken wings
Grilled Plum Tomatoes & Vidallia Onions
Yellow rice
Arugala Salad
For dessert I made an ice cream loaf cake using layers of pound cake, breyers vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries.

I made boston butt roast yesterday in the slow cooker and I have leftover so i am making cuban sandwiches and oven fried potatoes
