I use all those ingredients also, but I add a little bit of milk. I never measure so I can't help with measurements. I find that the milk gives a nice texture to the meat.

Re: meatball recipe

i use 2 lbs of meatloaf mix (veal, pork and beef) or you can use ground turkey i put a few tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley, a cup of locatelli grated cheese, a handfull of plain breadcrumbs, 1-2 eggs, tablespoonish of garlic powder, salt/pepper

if you have the pampered chef stoneware pans they come out great on there....just like they were fried, otherwise you can pan fry them or broil them.

I NEVER use ground turkey. I feel it gives meatballs a "tinny" taste.

I don't really measure either, but I use a pound of ground beef, at least a cup of 4C seasoned breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, some garlic powder, some onion powder and an egg.

I bake them for 1/2 hr at 350 and then let them simmer in sauce as long as possible

I use a lb of tri meat (beef, pork & veal). I chop about 3 quarters of a small onion and saute it with 1 clove of garlic, minced. Then I mix the garlic/onion mixture with the meat, add some panko italian seasoned bread crumbs, chopped parsley (fresh or dried), a little bit of milk, 1 egg and parmesan/romano cheese. I think that's it.

I use a mix of torn up italian bread and seasoned breadcrumbs - soak in milk or cream to make your meatballs super moist.

Also, I saute finely chopped onions and garlic and add to a mix of pork and beef. I also add lots of fresh garlic and fresh parsley. The parsley is essential in my opinon.

You can also throw in some fresh basil or dried oregano for added flavor.

I fry in oil and then finish them off covered in sauce in the oven.

Good Luck.

Re: meatball recipe

I add Italian sausage to the mix. Roughly 2 Sweet to 1 hot per pound of ground meat.
