we have left over french bread from last night so I am thinking we'll do
"death on a bun"...what I call sausage and peppers on a roll  probably with a salad.
but I my appetite changes from hour to hour, so I'll update later if I change my mind.
why don't you kick your turkey burgers up a notch...maybe do monterey jack cheese and sliced jalapeños and avocado on top or stuff some crispy bacon and cheese in the middle and do inside out burgers with bbq sauce and sauteed onions on top.
just some suggestions since you seem bored.

Flank steak stuffed with fresh spinach and mozzarella will then braise on stove top in red wine. Served with mashed potatos and asparagus....I'm starving (as I sit here and devour a whole package of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish

Grilled Shrimp (lemon, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil)
Whole Wheat Couscous
Cucumber, Tomato and Red Onion salad with feta cheese

A grilled chicken and steak salad...
We marinate and grill the chicken and steak then add lettuce, peppers, cuccumbers, onion, cheese, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and balsamic/EVOO as dressing

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, string beans, tomato mint salad and Apple Pie A'la Mode for dessert.
Was going to be Shrimp - but I don't have time to get to the market today.
