Thank you so much for posting your pics!!!
My layers look pretty much the same way yours do, except my hair isn't as long, so my layers start higher, so I don't have as much smooth, straight hair before the layers start.
I think I'm going to let my hair grow, including the layers, and then either only have very long layers along the bottom, or cut them out completely. The problem is, my hairdresser likes layers because of the movement they add and doesn't like the all one length look, and she's also my friend, so I'm going to have to talk her into it!

Do you know how LONG it takes me to get my hair to look like that??? At least 2 hours from the time I'm out the shower. 
THANKS so much for posting. By chance do you have a before pic? I have hair that's wavy/curly/almost straight/frizzy, lol. I literally have no idea what it's like to let my hair air dry and have it be straight!!!!!
ETA: By the way, I love your hair color! I also have layers much like your hair - I always curl the ends under b/c I like how that looks better on my head, lol, but it's great to see how it could look on me if I did it!
