How to keep your stress level down?
I know stress is not good for TTC, but how is it possible to keep it away???
This is the most stressful and frustrating process.....and I'm only on my 2nd cycle!
I think about it all day long and constantly find myself counting days and double/triple checking myself. I feel like worrying so much is going to prevent me from getting pregnant.
How do you keep yourself sane?

Re: How to keep your stress level down?
i went thought that. i felt obsessed. but i needed to know everything, every day, all the time. when we were sooo sure we did everything right to a T - we got a bfn and was devastated. the next cycle we promised to just take it light, which meant no more temping, no more opks...just noticed when i would presumably be ovulating and checked my cm around those days and BD'd just for fun (with the added notion we might be creating a baby).
the temping more anxiety in me, i know this fore sure.
checking my calendar every time i neared my laptop also caused great stress, unnoticeable at the time.
but i think i needed to go through all that in order to know what calm was.
hth!!!

I don't think there is any surefire way to be calm...I went into ttc thinking it was going to take forever and we got our BFP on our 2nd cycle....Basically I prepared for the worst and hoped for the best and was greatly surprised. In my mind I said...no OPKS or anything other than for at least through the summer...I feel like we drive ourselves nuts! At night I relaxed with a glass of wine...and you know what? It's summer and such a fun time! That should help and keep you occupied!
