when exactly is CD1?
yesterday AF arrived as scheduled, mid-to-late afternoon. i am just coming off BCP so it was perfectly on time and i already had a tampon in knowing she would arrive.
so is yesterday CD1 or is today CD1 since today was the first full day of flow??
