OK Acne Girls...Your gonna think im nuts but...
ok so we all know how i posted about having cystic acne and being afraid to take antibiotics..well i read this thing online about putting vanilla yogurt on ur face and it kills the bacteria and gets rid of acne...well.... i have done it for the last 3 days and i think im seeing a small difference!! maybe its my imagination but my face is def not as red and one of the cysty looking zits has gotten a whitehead and is much smaller today!!! i m going to keep doing it and i will report back what I experience :)
oh and ps.. i used one scoop of vanilla yogurt slathered on my face..left it on for an hour and then washed it off..im thinking of leaving it on longer next :)

I am bumping b/c I wanted to say that I have been doing this for one hour everyday and it is definitly making an improvement on my cystic acne..I had two people tell me my skin looked so much better! Just wanted to bump this tip..

I'm not surprised. Yogurt has very cool bacteria in it. I've never heard it, but if it works, hey, that's awesome. Much cheaper than most meds and I'm sure, much healthier.

Well pee works when you get stung by jellyfish. lol I've heard of this too, but um I don't think I could ever eww lol
