Hi, I'm new-& I have a question!
I am new and wanted to say hi and good luck to everyone :)
Also,
I was also just reading the post on prenatal vitamins-my Dr. told me to just take one centrum per day until I get pregnant. Does this make sense?

welcome! yes some dr's say to take regular vitamins but prenatal have more folic acid which is better to prepare for baby. some people actually take prenatals plus extra folic acid. depending on how much is in them. good luck and  to u!

Yes my doctor told me regular vitamins would be fine! I ended up taking target prenatals though instead! It was just as easy as buying the regular vitamins

That is what i was told too. I have been taking centrum for the past 2 months. I am trying to switch though now to a prenatal since we have been actively TTC starting this month.

my doc told me to take a reg multi vitamin until i was pg...it really helps on the cost too..the prenat vits can be costly!
