Prenatal Vitamins
I went to the pharmacy last night to pick up my prenatal vitamins and my insurance company stopped covering them. It would have been $50 for 30 pills! I'm so annoyed and of course the insurance company isn't open until Monday.

Re: Prenatal Vitamins
Ask your Dr. to prescribe a different brand that has a generic. That happened to me. I went to pick up my pnv and it ws $80. My dr. was able to perscribe a different brand that was much cheaper. My sister, who has a beautiful 2 year old, used over the counter pnv from GNC and said they were $8 for a big bottle.

I would not be able to spend that every month. My Ob said that most OTC prenatals are just as good as RX. I brought mine to them and they checked the amounts and said that they are great.
