HELP Please
I need opinions please. I use the CBEFM and I got my high days on CD 10, CD 11 & CD 12. Today is CD13 and I just got my peak. We BD'd on CD 10 and CD 12. Should we BD again tonight and tomorrow????? I'm not sure. I want DH to save up his little swimmers so I'm not sure if thats too much. HELP!

You will probably ovulate tomorrow... so I'd definitely BD tonight, tomorrow night, and the next day (skip this one if you have to skip a day).

Ok...I think I'll BD tonight and again tomorrow then. I always hear that it's better to not do it everynight to increase his sperm count...so maybe I'll take Thursday off and BD on Friday just to be sure.
It's so wierd that I got my peak on CD13 anyway...I usually don't get it for at least another week.

my dr was of the school of thought of the "every other day" method.
if you got your peak on day 13 on the CBEFM that means you started surging yesterday (b/c it uses FMU.)
so if you BD yesterday thats great. I would maybe skip today, do it tomorrow on the 2nd peak day, and then maybe again on the high day after that.

Oh no..lol..now I'm confused. So, I BD'd on CD12 at night. CD13 got my peak. So either I can BD tonight or BD tomorrow night. or both. UGH..why am I freaking out..lol

your either o'ing today or tomorrow. dont think about it too much. if your DH doesnt have sperm issues then every day will cover your bases

i agree. i recently read about a study conducted showing sperm count isn't reduced by a significant amount. so we're going to BD every single day until a BFP or AF. it's worth a shot ;)
