O cramp ? I was just wondering
if any one on here gets really bad, AF-like cramps around that time?
I am currently CD 15/ 1 DPO. I have had really bad cramping this cycle starting on CD 11. I usually get mild cramping and then a sharp pain on the side the egg is released from. If I didn't get my surge on Wednesday, I would honestly think that I was PG. It feels a lot like the ligament stretching at times. And the cramps and twinges are really in different place, so I don't think that I have a cyst.

Re: O cramp ? I was just wondering
i get the cramps around time of O. i can usually feel what side its releasing from too b/c i tend to feel a POP and then it goes away.
this month i did feel cramping and twinges after O and got BFP wed.
I will also say i was on clomid for 5 days of my cycle, and thats like your ovaries on crack.
so i dont know if that played into the after O cramping.

Thanks for answering- No, I'm not on clomid. But that is a good way of putting it like my ovaries are on crack. (Unfortunately, it's a long shot for me this cycle since we BDed a couple of days before I got my LP surge and didn't have a chance to do it again )
I can usually tell the side too- but not this month. There was too much interference.

Re: O cramp ? I was just wondering
I'm 7DPO and have been cramping since 2DPO. I don't ever recall cramping like this, but at times it's pretty bad. I keep getting these sharp pains down my left side that last a few seconds every once in a while. it's very weird

I get the same exact thing you do. When I O, I get pain on either the left or right side. So, you are not alone on that! We are actually lucky that we have an alarm in our bodies that tell us we are Oing!
The first time it happened once my cycle regulated after BCP, I flipped and my OB sent me for a sono to look for cysts-we then discussed the results-perfectly clear. There is a name for it-middleshmertz (sp?) which is german for middle pain. We are the lucky girls who get to cramp all the time, but on the plus side, we know we are Oing and when it is happening!
If you are concerned, don't hesitate to call the OB for a sono. But, you could have described my symptoms to a T!
Good luck
