CD21 and 10DPO...
... and AF has arrived again At least I know it's not my imagination and there is a good chance that I do have some issue. I suspect it is progesterone related. I already have an appointment with my ob/byn for next week, so forward we go.
Good luck to everyone else these last few days of January.

i have a short LP as well. i took b-complex vitamins and i got PG with no progesterone issues at all.
i would definitely talk to your OB but you might want to try that in the meantime.

A 9 day LP is definitely on the short side, and although it won't definitely stop you from getting pregnant... if you have been trying for a while and aren't getting pregnant then it might be the culprit.
Lots of luck and hopefully you can see your doctor and get some answers!

Thanks. I did get pregnant the first month trying but miscarried, which I am now starting to believe could have been caused by my LP length. 3 months and 5 AFs later, I'm really getting run down.

i had a short LP as well (i think i hit 10 days ONCE in 5 months)....i got pregnant with no intervention.
i was taking the B6 vitamins, and we did see an RE who to be honest, kinda giggled when I told him about the B6...saying that's not really going to work (and it did not)....
