question

If you read a post and the question has been answered and you have nothing to add, do you respond anyway?

Totally random thought!

Nope - that's why you'll usually only see me on the chat & welcome threads these days Chat Icon

Re: question

I put other - because sometimes I will.

I think sometimes when someone asks sometimes that has already been answered, a few "ITA" responses are okay because then at least the person feels like many people agree with whatever the answer was, KWIM?

Re: question

I said other because

Think of my mind like a flowchart...

Something to say...always try to respond (try because if I get distracted or have to log out I don't always get back to it)

Nothing to say...
If there are posts with answers I tend to just leave it knowing the question was answered.

If there are posts with no answers I tend to let them know that I am no help but opened the post and wanted to at least leave a comment...as unhelpful as it is.

Pictures...I always have a response for children and pets if I come across a post. Chat Icon

ITA.. this is exactly what i was going to write!

i think the OP would like to see more of the same answers just to feel confident about it!

so i will usually answer anyway!

Re: question

sometimes - if i feel that an "ITA" or something similar is warranted, especially if it's a post where someone is asking if anyone else experienced something.

but most of the time, no.

hell, i shouldn't even be on this board Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
