Question about BD schedule...

My doctor told me to BD every other day. We did it on Saturday, CD 10, and last night, CD 12. According to fertilty friend, I should be ovulating on Thursday, CD 15. I have very regular 28 day cycles, with an occasional 29 day thrown in...

Would it be counterproductive to BD Wed, Thurs, and Fri? Or should I stick with the every other night plan? So, do it Wed, and then Fri just in case O was off by a day?

would you try to do it Thurs as well, since that may be the actual day of O?

Will the spermies last if we do it on Weds to get there for O on Thurs?

Sorry to asks so many questions about this. I just feel that no matter what I decide to do, it will be wrong.

its funny because my doc told me to BD every other day last month..

so we started doing that.. and i noticed i had a lot of EWCM on an "off" day.. so i said.. forget it, and BD'ed that day anyway... and i got PG that month!

so go with your gut!! as long as you BD around the O date you should be fine!!

dont go more than 2 days around that time as well.. you will cover everything!!

Whatever you choose will be okay!

Some people do every other day. So CD 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20. That will make sure that there are sperm there waiting for the egg no matter which day you ovulate.

You're not using OPKs right? So it's hard to be sure when you really do O, so I'd probably stick with every other.

the dr. also told me every other day to make sure the sperm counts replenish..and as she said "you get a nice strong specimen"
