So I am the new one who is practicing and hopefully will TTC
Hey Ladies,
I am just wondering if I bd-ed every other day would that insure that I would be on course for insemination if I am actually ovulating?
Also, I signed up for FF and I am seeing that I am fertile before the anticipated day of ovulation. So do I bd everyday ? Thank you for everything!@

How long are your cycles?
If you're just starting out and don't want to use OPKs or anything, I'd recommend BDing every other day from when AF stops until your next expected AF (if you don't know how long your cycles are).
If your cycles are 28ish days, then BD every other day from CD 10-20.

Well I recently came off of the BCP about 2 months ago. So far, my cycles are about 33 days apart. So does that effect my BD days?

Hmm..
Okay well I'd say BD every other day from CD 10 - 24 then.
If that doesn't seem doable... then CD 14-24.
