and how exactly will it help?

im not taking robitussin, im taking mucinex. either is fine but make sure the only active ingredient is guafenesin and you take no more than 200 mg per dose. you should take it the week that you O because it helps to loosen your CM. this is my first month on it so i'll let you know if i have luck. im O'ing today.

This is my first month trying it as well. Do not get DM...get the one with no letters after it. As the poster above says, it loosens and makes more fertile CM.
I'll let you now if it works!
