Well I was right....I'm definitely out
AF showed up last night about 9/9:30 
Trying to think good thoughts for next month! 
I have 2 questions....
#1. Would I count yesterday as CD1 or today?
#2 Do m/c mess up your cycles? Every since the m/c AF has been showing up 2-3 days earlier than she used to  But I'm still Oing on my normal CD14-16

1) I'd count yesterday as long as it was a full flow (not just spotting).
2) I'm not sure; I'm sorry you even have to ask that question

as for knowing if it was full flow (sorry tmi  )....I just kind of used a tampon and went to bed 
So I'm not sure what to do about CD1

Well then maybe I would say just start at CD 1 today since you aren't sure. I mean it really won't matter too much since you are using OPK's anyway.

Awe thanks Meg I actually have to take B for shots in a few hours...but I'll let you know about those thighs for the afternoon!! 
As for AF....I *feel* like today is FULL flow day....like when I got it last night it was just when I wiped...and a little....but then of course the tampon was full....OMG SO TMI SORRY!!! this morning....so my *instinct* is saying today should be CD1.
So confused

To try to answer the one question I can...
#1. Would I count yesterday as CD1 or today? I never know what to do with these situations either...so usually I run to different charts with CD1 being yesterday and then another with CD1 being today. Not much help...sorry but that's what I have done. In the end I've learned nothing from it.

#1 - I'm always confused in counting CD1. I use both Fertility Friend and mymonthlycycles and they can't even agree. But, and getting into tmi, but you should know by this morning how heavy the flow was overnight. If it's more than just spotting, then yesterday was CD1.
#2 - Yes. Unfortunately my cycle is completely screwed up since I miscarried in early Nov. I have had 4 periods in the number of days that I would normally have had 3.
Sorry. I'm hoping it gets better for you.

the MC messed up my cycles and it is normal to experience this..
i would always get it earlier than usual

So sorry it is not your month.
I would count today as CD 1 (if I remember correctly from TCOYF, CD1 is the first day of your period if you get it before 1PM, otherwise you start the next day).
As far as a MC affecting your cycle-mine was out of wack after the MC and I am still trying to figure it out so yes, I think a MC can definitely change things up.
