Am I reading the directions right?
I have an ovulation kit and it says for me to start using it on Day 13. My cycles are 30 days.
Do I count from the FIRST day of my last period? Does Day 13 mean that it's probably the day that I ovulate? Why would there be seven sticks in there?

My understanding is that yes, you start counting from the first day of your last period.
A woman with a 30d cycle "should" ovulate around day 16. You should start testing on day 13 to catch the surge that precedes ovulation and by starting on day 13, you probably won't miss it in case you O early.
I started testing really early (b/c it was my first month testing) so I bought a kit with 20-something sticks and used one of the digital for confirmation.

i had a 30 day cycle. first day of af is day 1 you should be ovulating around day 17 so this gives u a head start in detecting before you ovulate so you can get the bad boys up there best of luck.
