Does anyone get this type of cramping??

before I went on the pill i would get horrible pains from my ovaries due to cysts. ive been off the pill now for 3 months and i started getting the pains again today. im 8DPO...think its a sign??

ETA I just got heartburn! mind you i just finished dinner but still!!! and i've had CM lately and i was constipated today! I'm nuts, arent i??
