When is it harmful to have Sushi? Is it okay in the first several weeks? TIA

I think it really depends on what kind of sushi your eating. I actually ate sushi throughout my whole pregnancy, just not in mass quantities

I had sushi the night before I got a BFP. I stayed away from the raw stuff after that, but I occasionally ate cooked and vegetable rolls during my pregnancy (making sure that they were prepared separately from the raw sushi).
