Sleeping on your stomach...
Is it all in my head??? but I feel like everytime I roll over in my sleep and end up on my stomach I wake up freaking out that in case something is in there i'm crushing it.  does anyone else think like that or am i completely nuts?

lol i do the same thing. i dont freak out, but i definitely think "if somethings in there i hope im not hurting you" and then eventually turn over lol!

don't feel that way....you can sleep on your stomach well into your pregnancy. Don't put any more stress or blame or worry on yourself. We already take enough of a beating.

You're nutty... but that's ok 
we are all a little nutty.
If it makes you feel better. I read an article the other day about a woman that skydived when she was 3 weeks pregnant, parachute didnt open and she hit the ground. The baby was fine.
So I think sleeping on your stomach is ok.
not that I am recommending skydiving.

Don't worry about it. The baby is SO tiny when it is first conceived. Our little embies 5 days after conception were still microscopic in size... so I'm sure you can't be hurting anything by sleeping on your belly!
