Anyone know Nordstom's Return Policy
Does anyone know if I need receipt to return at Nordstroms?
I got 2 things from there for Christmas but they dont fit well and I wanted to exchnage but I dont have the receipt. It has Norsdtrom's tags on it and the barcoded sticker on the tag. Is that sufficient?

I would say that's fine. My dh just returned my Uggs that weren't even from there. No tags...nothing.

I just hope they dont give me a sale price. Online it is sowing it for full price.

really? DH got me a pair of uggs (from the ugg website) that im not a huge fan of so i would love to exchange it for a differnt pair but i hate that id have to wait to mail it and for them to mail it back...i wonder if i can just exchange them at nordstrom

As long as you have that Nordstrom Barcode, they can look it up..you should not have an issue...

i used to work at nordstrom. they will take anything back.
they will (atleast that was the policy back in 2000) take anything back even if it's not from there! like a car tire! haha

Haha yup i remember the car tire policy.
If you have tags on the item and it has that bar code sticker on it, that is your receipt, and it pulls up the info of the person who paid for it.
Nordstrom, bloomies have very very good return policies. no receipt needed, and i used to work for makeup. People would bring back empty bottles of perfume and say they were allergic,and we would have to give them a brand new bottle.

Wow, I didn't know their return policy was like that.
I guess that means people could return fake things there.

yup, during training they told us that people could return things from other stores and we'd have to take it from them.

yup, during training they told us that people could return things from other stores and we'd have to take it from them.
I think at times that can be unfair to the customer. Let's say a person has a pair of fake jeans and they return it to Nordstrom's. A person who has no idea what is fake or real in regards to jeans buys these jeans thinking they are real b/c they are from there. That really isn't fair. I have heard of this happening. I am sure it isn't that common, but still.
